Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Field's Great Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra fiber)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings:
- Fresh fruit (banana slices, berries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut or chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the protein powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, chia seeds (optional), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, with a thick consistency. Add more milk if needed, but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola, nut butter, and any additional toppings you like.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
