Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Field's Great Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra fiber)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit (banana slices, berries, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut or chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the protein powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, chia seeds (optional), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, with a thick consistency. Add more milk if needed, but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with fresh fruit, granola, nut butter, and any additional toppings you like.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
