Lauren's Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Field’s Great Vanilla Protein

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)

  •  ½ frozen banana

  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ medium zucchini, frozen and sliced  
  • 12oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • Optional: 2–3 ice cubes for extra chill

  • Optional toppings: whipped coconut cream, sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and top as desired.

  4. Sip and enjoy the seasonal glow!
